Terms & conditions

Last updated: 10 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Another Brother website and your participation in the Another Brother community.

Another Brother is operated by Issac Greaves trading as Another Brother.

By using this website, submitting a form or choosing to participate in the Another Brother community, you agree to these terms where they apply to you.

If you have any questions, contact:

1. ABOUT ANOTHER BROTHER

Another Brother is a community designed to help men connect through shared interests, travel, events, activities and experiences.

The aim is simple: to make it easier to find people interested in doing the same things, so having nobody to go with doesn't have to mean not going.

Another Brother may provide information about opportunities, facilitate introductions, organise community activities and, as the community develops, promote or arrange events and experiences.

2. WHO CAN JOIN

Another Brother is an adult community.

You must be 18 or over to join the Crew or participate in Another Brother community activities.

When providing information to us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove access to the community where reasonably necessary to protect members, the community or Another Brother.

3. JOINING THE CREW

You may be asked to complete the Join the Crew questionnaire before accessing certain Another Brother activities, groups, events or experiences.

Completing the questionnaire helps us understand the community and the interests of its members.

Joining the Crew does not guarantee access to any particular trip, event or experience, nor does it create an employment, partnership, agency or other commercial relationship between you and Another Brother.

4. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Another Brother is intended to be a welcoming and respectful community.

When participating, you agree to treat other members reasonably and respectfully.

We will not knowingly tolerate behaviour including harassment, bullying, threatening behaviour, discrimination, hate speech, deliberate intimidation or conduct that puts other members at unreasonable risk.

We reserve the right to remove someone from an Another Brother group, activity or community space where we reasonably believe their behaviour is harmful, disruptive or inconsistent with the purpose of the community.

5. WHATSAPP, FACEBOOK AND OTHER COMMUNITY PLATFORMS

Another Brother may use third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook to help members connect.

Participation in these groups is optional.

When you use a third-party platform, its own terms, privacy policies and functionality also apply. Another Brother does not control how those platforms operate.

Members should consider what personal information they choose to share with other members.

Invite links to private Another Brother groups should not be published or distributed publicly without permission.

6. EVENTS, TRAVEL AND EXPERIENCES

Another Brother may promote, organise or facilitate access to events, travel and other experiences.

Details, prices, eligibility requirements, payment terms, cancellation conditions and any additional terms applicable to a particular activity will be provided where relevant before a booking or commitment is made.

Some experiences may be provided wholly or partly by independent third parties.

Where a third-party supplier provides an event, ticket, accommodation, transport, travel service or other product, that supplier's applicable terms may also apply.

Nothing on the general Another Brother website should be treated as confirmation of a booking unless you receive specific confirmation.

7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN PARTICIPATING

You are responsible for deciding whether an activity or experience is suitable for you.

Where relevant, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate documentation, permissions, insurance, clothing, equipment, fitness or other requirements necessary to participate.

You must follow reasonable instructions provided by Another Brother, venues, organisers or suppliers when participating in an activity.

8. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We aim to keep information on the Another Brother website accurate and useful.

However, information may change and we cannot guarantee that every page will always be completely current, error-free or continuously available.

Content on the website is provided for general information and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, medical or other specialist advice.

9. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Where prices or availability are displayed for future events or experiences, they may be subject to change until a booking has been confirmed.

Displaying an event or experience does not necessarily guarantee availability.

Any specific payment, refund or cancellation conditions will be made clear where relevant before purchase or booking.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Another Brother name, branding, original written content, graphics and other original website materials belong to Issac Greaves trading as Another Brother or are used with appropriate permission.

You may view and share links to our public content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, sell, commercially exploit or falsely represent Another Brother content as your own without permission.

11. PHOTOS AND CONTENT FROM EVENTS

Photos or video may occasionally be taken during Another Brother events or activities.

Where we intend to use identifiable images of participants for promotional or marketing purposes, we will take reasonable steps to make participants aware and obtain any permission required in the circumstances.

Please speak to us if you have concerns about appearing in photographs or video.

12. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, Another Brother is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or for the independent actions of third-party suppliers, venues, platforms or other community members.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

13. PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please read the Privacy Policy for information about what we collect, why we use it and your data protection rights.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions as Another Brother develops, particularly as new events, experiences or services are introduced.

The latest version will be published on this website with the date it was last updated.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable under UK law, including any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings elsewhere.
